You are more than welcome to chill on our couches and wait for check in, or even drop your bags in our secure luggage room and do some exploring around welly while you wait.

There are a couple of different options for you to park your car. Street parking: Next to our hostel at Wakefield Street you can park your car for free between 8pm and 8am. After 8am it costs $4.50 per hour. If you are okay with parking your car a bit out of the city center, there are a few options to park your car for free around Oriental Bay, which is subject to availability. Car park You can park your car for a fee at Wilson Parking. The closest car parks to our hostel are located at Bond Street and Lombard Street. Different fees below. Bond Street: Early bird (book between 6am – 10am) $22/12h. Exit before 7pm Night (5pm – 7am) max. $9 other days $3/30mins or $25/12h Lombard Street: Early bird (book between 4am – 9.30am, Mon – Fri) $17/12h Night (6pm – 4am) max. $10 other days $3/30mins or $25/12h .

Yes! We have a P.O box that you can get your mail sent to. P.O box 11247 Manners Street Wellington 6142. Mail will then be ready to collected from the hostel. Parcels can also be delivered to the hostel address for pick up at reception.
